Personal Data. While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You, including but not limited to:

- Bank account information in order to pay for products and/or services within the Service
When You pay via bank transfer, We may ask for additional information to verify Your identity and comply with anti-fraud/legal requirements, such as date of birth, passport or National ID card, bank card statement, and other information linking You to an address.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include Your Device’s IP address, browser type and version, the pages You visit, time and date of Your visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When You access the Service through a mobile device, We may collect device type, unique device ID, IP address, mobile operating system and mobile browser type.
Information Collected while Using the Application. With Your prior permission We may collect information regarding your location to provide and improve features of Our Service. You can enable or disable access at any time through Your Device settings.

Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Where possible we apply shorter retention periods or reduce identifiability. The periods below are maximum (“up to”) periods:
- User Accounts — duration of your account relationship plus up to 24 months after closure.
- Support tickets and correspondence — up to 24 months from ticket closure; chat transcripts up to 24 months.
- Website analytics, application usage statistics and server logs — up to 24 months.
- Transaction records, billing and invoice records — up to 10 years, to comply with tax and financial regulations. Card details are not stored on Our servers.
When retention periods expire, We securely delete or anonymize Personal Data. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period and are not restored except where necessary for security, disaster recovery or legal compliance.
Transfer, Deletion & Disclosure
Transfer. Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ. Where required by law, We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place before any transfer.
Delete. You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data We have collected about You. You may update, amend or delete Your information by signing in to Your Account, or by contacting Us. We may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
Disclosure. Your Personal Data may be disclosed in the event of a business transaction (merger, acquisition or asset sale), to law enforcement where required by law, or in good faith to comply with a legal obligation, protect the Company’s rights, prevent wrongdoing, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
Security. The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Payments & Service Providers
We may provide paid products and/or services and use third-party payment processors. We will not store or collect Your payment card details — that information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors, who adhere to PCI-DSS standards. Payment providers may include Apple Store In-App Payments, Google Play In-App Payments, Stripe and PayPal.
We may use third-party Service Providers such as Google Places to maintain and improve our Service; information is held in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
GDPR — Legal Basis & Your Rights
We may process Personal Data under the following conditions:
- Consent — You have given consent for one or more specific purposes.
- Performance of a contract — processing is necessary for an agreement with You.
- Legal obligations — processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
- Vital interests — to protect Your vital interests or those of another person.

You have the right, and by law if You are within the EU/UK, to:

You may exercise these rights by contacting Us; We may ask You to verify Your identity. We generally respond within one month, extendable by two further months where necessary. You also have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority.
Booking Applications
Our Booking Applications (“Booking App” and “Driver App”) collect and process personal information to provide our transportation services and fulfil your booking requests. We may collect: name, email address, telephone number, postal address, pickup and destination addresses, and payment-related information (where applicable). This is used solely to provide and manage your bookings, communicate about our services, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.
Buddy Feature. Our Booking App includes an optional ‘Buddy’ feature that lets you share journey details with another person. Access to your contacts is entirely optional and used only to let you select a contact to receive trip-related notifications. We do not store your contact list on our servers or use it for marketing.
Location Data. Our apps collect precise location data, subject to your permission — to suggest an accurate pickup address, display your driver’s location and ETA, allocate the nearest driver, provide navigation, monitor trip progress, and assist with support, safety and fraud prevention. You may disable location permissions at any time, though some features may stop working.
Push Notifications. With your permission, our apps may send booking confirmations, driver arrival notifications, trip updates and service-related communications. You can disable these at any time through your device settings. Permissions (Location, Contacts, Notifications) are used solely to provide the functionality described and are never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Facebook Fan Page
As operator of the Facebook Fan Page (facebook.com/prontocarslondon), the Company and Facebook are Joint Controllers. We use Facebook Insights to obtain anonymized statistical data about Our users. For more information, please review the Facebook Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16, and We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 16. If You are a parent or guardian and are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us and We will take steps to remove that information.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites, and strongly advise You to review their Privacy Policies.
